LACRIS™-15 is a strain of live lactic acid bacteria developed for use in various applications in the food and beverage industry. This formulation contains more than 15 billion spore-forming lactic acid bacteria per gram, which are resistant to heat and acid, in powder form. Lacris-15 is halal and kosher certified.
