Flo-Malt® adds a unique flavor profile to baked goods and cereal formulations, and conveniently replaces liquid malt. Replace liquid malt with Flo-Malt® pound for pound. When replacing liquid malt in a dough or batter, add an additional one-half to one pound of water for each pound of Flo-Malt® dry malt.
