Product Overview

Eastman Sustane™ SAIB CO Food Grade is a stable, free-flowing liquid with excellent solubility in alcohols, oils, fats, and waxes. It features a light color and outstanding thermal, hydrolytic, and color stability. Although SAIB is typically very viscous, its viscosity can change rapidly with the addition of solvents or increased temperature. Ideal for use as a beverage and food additive, Sustane™ SAIB CO Food Grade imparts a subtle citrus flavor and aroma, making it particularly well-suited for citrus-flavored drinks. For application, simply add it directly to flavoring oils without heating.
