Starplex® 590F is a versatile food-grade ingredient designed in bead form to be easily integrated into baked goods and processed food formulations to improve stability, emulsification, starch complexing, crumb softness, and more. Derived from non-PHO vegetable oils, this emulsifier contains a minimum of 90% monoglycerides and is infused with high-quality antioxidants, such as ascorbic acid and citric acid. The combination of superior emulsification capabilities and the presence of antioxidants not only extends the shelf life of finished products but also preserves moisture and freshness. Starplex® 590F is nonhazardous and is kosher and halal certified.
